Everything okay?

Yeah, in the grand scheme of things everything is fine.  DH got called in late last night by his boss (around 9pm) and was told the thing fell through.  So, we're not going to Australia. Even though when had been REPEATEDLY by the director of his department that it was a done deal and we needed to pack our bags and ready to go.  I gave notice to my job and everything!   I emailed my boss immediately basically begging so now I'm just freaked out waiting to hear back from him.

I'm just really disappointed and pissed! (of and worried about where I stand at work)

Oh man, I was hoping that wasn't what it was. I'm really sorry.

I honestly wouldn't worry.  When I interviewed earlier this week they told me that they had a start date in mind but that all hinged on your departure date.  He kinda made it sound like the position would go away if you ended up not leaving because you would get it back.
