could this be a food allergy?

DH gave DD pizza crust. I guess he rolled it up in a small ball and he said she loved it. dont think he gave her very much. but now I am up at 2:30am most likely because she had to poop since she hadnt gone all day, but she also has rash/hives looking on her face, kinda more prominant on one side but no where else on body and its not raised..but could this be an allergic reaction to the pizza crust.

Dealing with food allergies with a 2 1/2 year old and is explaining a lot of problems over the past year.  Word of advice and something we will do with the next one.....hold off as long as possible!!  Do some research and see what is recommended.  DS used to get a rash on his cheek from pizza sauce. Not the crust.  Good luck!
