Tampon usage

Got my first pp period. Can I use a tampon? I have been using pads, but am soaking through them and cant stand them! I had a scheduled c section and never went into labor.

I still haven't got a pp period!  However, I assume that it's fine after you are cleared at your 6-8 week appointment.  The "nothing in vag statement" is mute if you've already had sex too...  I would go with a yes, it's fine.

I used them. I was only told no tampons before 6 weeks.

I was told at 6 weeks I could use one
