Anyone else having issues with Tea Collection?

I have never had issues with Tea until this past month. When they had their 25% off sale in December I ordered some things. They emailed and said there were computer/inventory issues and two items were not in stock and I got a 40% off code to use in January. I order stuff in Jan., they send a note again saying there were issues and something was not in stock - but told me to use the 40% off code again...so I do and a week later get a message saying sorry, computer/inventory issues, your dress is not in stock. I go to the website and it's saying it's in stock in the size I ordered. I contact them and low and behold they magically have the size I need and will ship it out. Customer service says to use the 40% if I want to purchase additional items...so I do. Guess what I get again tonight? Another email saying something else is out of stock....but it's in stock on the website. Oh for the love?!?!?

Anyone else having issues with them?

I ordered in December with the 25% off and I had a dress vanish from my shopping cart, I assume because it sold out while I was shopping.  But everything else went through without a problem.

I ordered in Jan & 1 of the 9 items I ordered did not come through. I have not had any other issues.
