2 month shot question

My LI had them today and was fine cried immediately after and then was eating napping fine. Then around 4 pm I moved her from my lap while she was sleeping and she was wailing she had some Tylenol, and has been asleep since 5 she's skipped 2 feedings. No fever. The question is how Long will this last until she's back to her self? Does the Tylenol usually Tucker them out?

I didn't give my LO tylenol but she slept a whole lot the next two days after her first shots. I woke DD up just enough for her to latch on and eat something in between all the napping. It took a good 3 days before she was back to her normal self with her legs still being a tad sore. Hope your LO gets over it soon!!

It can take a few days for them to get back to normal. The shots in general as well as the tylenol can make the baby sleep more. Just let them sleep when they want to sleep and eat when they are ready to eat.

our LO had a similar reaction, cried during then fell asleep on the way home.  He did however play a bit when we got home but then slept in his swing for 2 hours, woke up at 4 distressed and ony ate 2 ozs, I gave him tylenol and he slept til 7 again waking up screaming and only ate 3oz (normally eats 5 ozs each feed). He was better after that and was a little off for the next 3 days.  That was a week ago and is now back to normal.

My little guy did the same thing and for about 24 hours would cry every time he woke up. The tylenol did seem to help him sleep better but I only gave him one dose because he was running a low grade fever. He was noticeably more sleepy and clingy for a couple days after.
