When does the bleeding stop?

I was actually surprised to be bleeding as much as I did after the rc/ss. Maybe that was silly of me! But how long does the bleeding last? Its gotten much much lightr but still goin

Ummmmmmmm I bled for 5-6 days both times.

DD3 is almost a month and I'm still spotting on and off.

I bled for 4-5 weeks with both. Usually it stops by 6 weeks but I've heard of people still spotting a bit beyond that.

I bled for about two weeks followed by another two weeks of so-faint-you-can-hardly-see-it spotting.

I bled for 2.5 weeks with my vaginal delivery and 4.5 weeks with the c-section, but I also had twins when I had the c-section so that could be why I bled longer.
