Goodmorning, ladies. I posted a ? about this on the FB page, but thought I'd see if I could get additional feedback here.
I go in for my monitoring appt tomorrow on CD 12. I am having slight achey sensations in my ovaries, but I haven't seen a drop of fertile CM yet. Is this normal? I'm getting worried that this means I am not growing any follies. Should there be CM now or should I expect the CM to show after I take my trigger?
I may be worrying for no reason, I'm just using to having multiple (as in 6-7) days of fertile CM prior to O...but that may be due to my PCOS, and I just might not know what "normal" is! Thanks in advance!
Re: talk to me about CM and Femara
I've been on 2 rounds of clomid, and I have PCOS too. I too have watery (TMI) fertile-like CM is normal to have long before O (or what I think is O )

I usually get lots of EWCM around o time (also with PCOS) but on Femera I only had a tiny bit the day after o. I've only done one round so it'll be interesting to see if this time is the same. I had 4+ good follicles at my monitoring so I know I responded well.
I think that as long as you are being monitored, secondary signs are so variable they can't really be true signs of what's going on in there so try not to over think them (I know that's easier said than done
You can always use preseed if needed, if you are doing TI that is.
