adopting in iowa

does anyone have experience adopting in iowa?

we are considering a situation with an attorney that our consultants really haven't used before - i saw a couple of negative reviews on him on the internet (they were a bit dated, but still not good), and we're unclear about tpr in iowa, etc. 

if you've adopted there, would you mind posting about it? and/or if by some chance you've worked with brock hutchinson, will you pm me?
