Here is what we have come up with so far for first and middle names.

"Grady Owen"

"Grady Maxwell"

 But we don't know what we would call him by ...his first or middle name. So what do you think?

Ok, I see. Yeah, and I don't care for it in the middle spot.  Hmmm... Well Grady Owen is definitely my choice, and I overall prefer Owen to Grady.

What about Owen Grady? That way you have Grady there for the family meaning, and aren't calling him my his mn.

Please name him what u plan to call him. I like Owen Grady better than Grady Owen anyways.  

I have always gone by my mn or a short version of it and hated explaining that it's not my fn. it gets old. I should have been Fawntane Renee instead of Renee Fawntane I go by Fawn and only my gma and sister call me Fawntane.

I like Owen Grady! I think a family name is good as a middle name, it's confusing though when you call him by his middle name instead of first. I've only known people to do this when they dislike their first name.

Love Grady- strongly considered it for our name as well.  I am a big fan of nicknames and there is already a gray in my extended family or else we probably would have picked it.  Good luck!

I'm also kind of confused about why you don't just move the family name to the MN spot if you don't like it as a FN?? I like Owen Grady.
