I'm not a newbie to CDing, but my DD has been out of CDs for awhile and things have changed in the past few years...
Budget needs mean that we will probably supplement our BG-only stash with Kawaiis/Sunbaby. I am tiny and so was DD (and this baby probably will be as well). BGs really didn't fit her until about 4 months or so, when she hit about 11 lbs. Should I expect the same for either of these brands? Also, any input on one brand or the other before I start ordering here and there? The reviews online seem to be about the same.
Re: How large does baby have to be to wear Kawaii/Sunbaby?
I don't have any experience with Sunbaby, but for Kawaii, our guy is just over 10 lbs now and the Pure & Natural fit him great (with room to keep growing into as well).
I've heard Kawaii's little green baby bamboo are their smallest (even smaller than P&N), but that because they're so small, they can be hard to stuff.
I just received a couple OS Kawaii's. I can tell they're obviously larger than the P&N. Snapped all the way down, I can tell DS might not fit into them perfectly just yet, but they look great otherwise.
I've been really happy with the Kawaii diapers I have. I have been buying through Sweetbottoms Boutique and Jack be Natural though -- from the Kawaii site, they ship from Canada, and it was going to be a charge of $12-$14 for just regular UPS ground (no thank you!). If you buy $80 or more from the Kawaii site, you do get free shipping though.

Pure and Natural don't fit my baby yet. He's over 10lbs and wearing BG 4.0 already.
