Change in bedtime and limited nap did the trick

I posted last week about having issues with my almost 4 year old and bedtime - she had been fighting it and would be up 2-3 hours after bedtime and then be a total bear the next morning.  Anyway, in the last week and a half, she decided she was ready to be night trained so no more pull-ups and no accidents since (1 1/2 weeks).  We cut her naps out last week and that worked somewhat but on days that she has been super tired, she will sleep for about 30 mins and on Sunday, we let her sleep for an hour which was a huge mistake.  We had been talking about moving our older DD's bedtime back anywhere from 15-30 mins so just moved both of the girls bedtimes back and life has been good.  Both girls have gone right to sleep and have been sleeping until its time to wake up vs waking up 10-15 mins early.  So now the girls go to sleep between 7:15/7:30pm and wake up time for both is at 6:15am.  On weekends, they need to stay in their rooms until 7:15 so we shall see how that goes as we just started moving the bedtime back.  It is crazy how an extra 15 mins or so adds so much time to our evening as a whole.  I just don't feel like I need to walk in the door and rush to have dinner on the table right away - if it takes a little longer, its OK.  Hopefully this will keep working so we can have more time to be outside during the week once the nice weather hits in a few months.
