LO hurting me while BF only one side

So just recently my LO has decided she hates my right boob. She will eat for awhile then start pulling off my breast with my nipple still in her mouth or start "biting" me with her gums. My right nipple hurts soooo bad. Someone said it might be thrush but wouldn't she react the same to each breast?

Any helpful tips to get her to stop?
