bumps on chest and back??

DD has a few patches of ezcema on her chest. I had her at the ped last week and he told me to use eucerin on her to clear up the patches. This weekend I noticed that she has bumps on her chest and back. Almost like permanent goosebumps? you cant necessarily see them (they arent red), but you can feel them. I stopped the lotion for a few days to see if it was related to that, but its still there. Anyone else come acrosss this? They dont seem to bother her, but theyre freaking me out!

DS had bumps and I believe it was the hand, foot and mouth disease but all he had was the bumps and it takes a few days to a week to go away. Your doc said ezcema though so I am not sure but we bathed DS in cornstarch for a couple of nights and I applied Aveeno ezcema cream because he's got sensitive skin and it worked. Maybe ask the doc if ezcema spreads? I am not familiar with it.  Maybe Oatmeal bath?
