Avent pacis for after 18 mos?

Hi all,

My LO loves his pacis for nap/bedtime, but he just turned 19 months and I realized that I can only find avent pacis up to 18 mos.  DOes anyone know if they sell them in a bigger size for past 18 mos?  TIA!

I think all pacifiers go up to 18 months.  You'll be fine just using the 18 month size.
