When you go on vacation, do you travel with car seat and stroller? We're going on a cruise in three weeks and we got a go go kidz car seat stroller but I'm wondering if we should also take a umbrella stroller.

Re: traveling with car seat and stroller
When we went on a cruise with DS in June we did not bring a car seat with us. We drove to the cruise ship then hoped on and did not need one in Bermuda. We brought a carrier and an umbrella stroller. Honestly, you won't be using a car seat on the tour buses, taxi's etc once your at your final destination because you will not want to lug it around during the day. We put DS (10 months at the time) in the carrier and it worked out perfectly.
* Everyone in Bermuda had their babies in carriers during transportation, I didn't see anyone with a car seat.
Well, we will need a carseat when get to Miami to the port. DS is 32lbs carriers will not do.
Do you mean carrier like a ergo? We're taking a piccalo carrier.
Yes, we have a toddler hawk which goes up to 40 pounds and it is absolutely fabulous!
