I love how L wants to snuggle...he's so independent normally but this past week while he's been sick all he has wanted was to curl up with me on the couch or have me hold him and rock him..its been so great (not the cold but the snuggles)

I said the same thing to DH the other day. I hate that he feels like crud, but I love just curling up with him and taking a breather instead of the usual running around that we typically have to do.

Ha, I say this all of the time with DS.  I love the cuddles, snuggles, etc.  However, he does tend to revert back to his "Mama's boy" mode and be up my a** all day long too, so you know.  The good with the bad.

last monday ethan laid with me for 4 hours on the couch.  we didn't move.  DH took sophia to the dr and we were in the same spot when he got home
