I'm pretty sure I've lost it.. please tell me I'm not crazy

So, I took my the first of my five 2.5mg Femara pills last night.  Today, on CD4, I swear I felt twinges in my ovaries.  Swear... on both sides. 

I had bright red bleeding Tuesday am and assumed AF started, but then it completely stopped.  I spotted on and off until Friday when I finally had full red flow.  After a -HPT and a -beta, according to my RE I am on CD4.  I am getting worried that my body is a little ahead of my chart.  I'll be starting OPKs a little early just to make sure.  But seriously, twinges on CD4?  I think I'm losing it.

    I'm confused, are you CD4 or CD7 if your period started last Tuesday, you should be further than CD4...

    Oh, sorry.  I guess my FF ticker hasn't updated yet.  It's updated on my phone..odd.  Anyway... I had bright red bleeding Tuesday am and assumed AF started, but then it completely stopped.  I spotted on and off until Friday when I finally had full red flow.  After a -HPT and a -beta, according to my RE I am on CD4.

    I'm confused.. if you had bright red flow on Tues, that would be CD1. Its not completely uncommon to spot after full on bleeding. Its happened to me a few times.

    I dunno how they are figuring you are CD4. ::shrugs shoulders::

    IVF w/ICSI #2 (Antagonist Protocol)
    BCPs started back in Sept due to cysts
    10/27/13: Start stims (225 IUs Gonal-F + 75 IUs Menopur)

    I think its weird too. I hope its not TMI - I filled one tampon Tues am and then it completely stopped. I spotted a little after that. Friday I had full on AF which continued through today. The RE is counting Friday as CD1.
