Graco Double or Baby Trend Deluxe

Sorry for the 100th stroller post today but I am looking for suggestions:

I wasn't going to get a double stroller but I'm thinking that it might be good for outings to have a seat for DD.

DD is almost 36 lbs and 36 inches tall.  Obviously I have no idea how big LO will be. 

The Graco Stand and Ride can hold up to 50 lbs and the Baby Trend can hold up to 40 lbs.  I do not expect DD to gain 4 lbs. within the next few months or even year but I'd like to have some flexibility.

Any reviews or suggestions.
