Cramp question!

I took BC (ring) for only 2 months and it was painful so I stopped and then just decided there was no point on getting on another BC when we want to try somewhat soon. Anywho I was wondering if anyone here started getting cramps in different areas. I'm expecting my period soon (should have been here the 28th but maybe the 2ish months I was on BC changed my cycle idk) so I'm not sure if what I am feeling is cramps. It's only in my back (mid back down)

I was off my cycles over 2 years ago while I was under going treatments, and when they started back up I had worse cramps then I ever had before so I'm not sure if this is kinda the same thing.

I'm not sure what you're asking, since you don't really have a question in your post. I get cramps throughout my cycle, including today which is super close to ovulation. Cramps also come when I'm expecting my period. Your symptoms can change from cycle to cycle so what you're experiencing is probably normal. Yes your body can take a while to regulate off of birth control, even for only two months.

I would highly suggest that you start temping if you're confused about your cycle. It can give you some insight on what might be going on (ovulation, trends in symptoms, etc.).

Not sure what your asking either BUT:

I get cramps everywhere when AF comes, Across my whole abdomin, down my legs, in my back and up into my rib cage, but I have endo. Birth control also causes problems for me and makes my pain worse. I also get cramping a week or two before AF and spotting...
