Milk Blisters

I has a breast infection 3 weeks ago and was treated with antibiotics. Everything cleared up fine. However, in the past two weeks I have been getting milk blisters on the nipple of the breast that had the infection. My baby is now 7 months and I mainly pump as I work full-time. Prior to this I have had no problems with breast feeding. Does anyone have any advice or experience in regards to milk blisters?
