Fertility Books?

Has anyone read any of the fertility books that are out there or tried any fertility diets? I am trying to see if some lifestyle changes affect my cycles, and am wondering if anyone has had any success with using diet, exercise or any other lifestyle changes to regulate their cycles. Thank you.

I'm doing fertility acupuncture and trying to follow the diet that goes with it.  For me, specifically, that's eating as many warming foods as possible.  I credit acupuncture and that whole philosophy with making my cycles a LOT more normal.  For example, I used to O on cd18-27.  Now I'm Oing between cd14-16 consistently.  My chart this month actually looks pretty darn textbook.  If only that were a guarantee of pregnancy...

I second acupuncture!  It has seriously helped my cycles regulate. 

As for books - I really like Infertility Cleanse, Detox, Diet, and Dharma (although I hate the title - it's not really a "cleanse").  I really like their perspective on eating to reduce inflammation and insulin resistance.  I also just got the book making babies, but I haven't read it all yet.

I've only read Taking Charge of Your Fertility, but it's very informative.  I would highly recommend it.  I'm sorry, no suggestions on a fertility diet.

I've read TCOYF also, and I actually just posted about a book my acupuncturist gave me - The Infertility Cure.  I haven't read it yet, but I skimmed it.  It talks about diet and treatments based on TCM.

 I also credit acupuncture for getting my cycles back on track, and so much more. My acupuncturist gave me a book called, "The Infertility Cure" ... misleading and arrogant title, but the book itself is wonderful. Lifestyle, diet and information about the whole body system that just makes sense. I highly recommend it.

This book is a little bit new age-ey. but it offers some interesting thoughts on infertility...i hesistate to recommend anything since I have not been pregnant in almost a year and I haven't followed the advice of this book either...sigh.

I second this book.  It's by the same authors as the Infertility Cleanse.
