How to switch from Reglan 3x/day to Domperidone

I'm currently taking Reglan- in the tail end of the two week cycle (my second dose of Reglan)...should be switching from 3x/day Reglan to 2x/day Wednesday. Then 1x/day Thursday, then I'm done.

Last time I went off Reglan, my supply dropped immediately. Within a day,  I was back to where I was before- and it took me almost 10 days to get back to where I was the first time around on Reglan. So I'm afraid to stop Reglan entirely before starting the Dom.

Anyone done this? How did you do it? Start taking Dom before the Reglan was up? Any suggestions? Also, how many pills/day did you start off with on the Domperidone?

I weaned off the Reglan and then titrated up with the Dom a few weeks later (I did not get a supply drop after reglan but overall supply was still really low).  I actually had to stop Dom the first time I used it and titrate even slower (1 pill a day for a few day, then 2 a day, etc) because it gave me intestinal problems when I upped it too quickly.   I had the same problem with the 2nd round (did a month on, then a month off, then a month on).
