Is this the right brewers yeast?

I am wanting to make lactation cookies but finding the brewers yeast has been difficult.  Is this the right stuff?

I don't know if that is the right stuff or not.......I got mine at the health food store, it's called nutritional yeast on the label.  Mine is more flaky as opposed to powdery.  It smells awful, but I used to mix it w my oatmeal for breakfast.  sorry, I'm prob not much help....

That would be fine.

I bought mine at a local health food store - it was cheaper (about $6) and I have a lifetime supply at the rate I'm using it.

That is what I use, bought it from the local health food store.

BTW, nutritional yeast and brewer's yeast are similiar, but NOT the same.
