My sister posts this on FB, because she is very pro-immigration and a bit tired of the attitude that America is for Americans, blah blah blah.

Some dumbass posts:

Idiot I welcome those who want to be Americans and act like it.

Me: So you will be leaving? Because the exclusionary attitude is definitely unAmerican, as is the idea that all Americans must give up their own culture and heritage to behave in a way acceptable to you.

For whatever reason his response pissedmethefuckoff. What say you 12-24, did I overreact and read more into it than he said?

ETA: for those who cannot see the pic, its a three frame comic strip type. Frame one, a white man in blue overalls telling a black man to go back to Africa. Frame two, same white man telling latino man to go back to Mexico. Frame three, same white man looking at Native American man with a look of "duh" on his face and no comment.

WTF does it mean to "act" American I'd like to know from that other person.

This country was ya know kinda pretty much founded by immigrants.  Ya know, just a little.

Hmm. I'd like to know what an American is supposed to "act" like according to the "idiot". If it's acting like an a$$hole, then I'm pretty sure he's mastered that : )
