pass it on   we were under contract this weekend and it already fell through.  oh the joys of house selling!!

 

(ps. i swear i wont post this every day!  if it doesnt sell this week we'll have to take it off the market due to our mission trip coming up in 2 weeks)

Oh, that's so disappointing that you had a contract fall through! But to get one so fast--I'm sure someone else will snatch it right up! Buying and selling is such a roller coaster of emotions--hang in there and I hope it sells this week!

Why do you have to take it off when you go out of town. Seems like a perfect opportunity to leave a clean house to me.

inlaws are staying here with the kiddos and we will be out of touch so no negotiating offers etc.  i am not going to ask them to keep the house clean enough to show it while watching our little ones!
