I've noticed a lot more Nor Cal ladies on the board lately. Where do you live? I am in Crescent City (WAY north, 20 min from Oregon boarder & on the coast). But I did lived in Sacramento before for 4 years, so I know that area pretty well.

Oh Davis....so pretty there. DH went to UC Davis for a few years.

Oh really!? She lives in Ashland? How cool! Ashland is also a very pretty town. That is the closest place for us to go skiing/snowboarding.

I live 30 minutes North of Santa Clarita (still in LA County). MH works in the industrial center in SC ) My best friends live up North though (in Roseville & SF). I'm in need of a visit.

I got my BS there.  It's a great school.  I like this post...there are bumpies closer than I thought!

Yeah, it is definitely different. I also moved from Sac to LA. It was for DH's job. We finally got a transfer with his work & are back to our home town.

Yes! I get to go back to Sacramento for work often, though (which is good AND bad). Went to Davis for school. So nice to see all these NorCal ladies!

Good ole Palmdale, (notice the lovely poppy fields in my siggy?) My best friends (who now live up North) used to live in Victorville with their mother. I used to drive them back & forth from the Antelope Valley to Victorville.
