I don't believe there are double (true) jogging strollers compatible with infant seats. BOB strollers have a carseat adapter, but you can only do it for one seat, not two.
Depending on how much and where you plan to run, you could probably use a more urban stroller. Be sure to read the fine print since many jogging strollers aren't really jogging strollers.

Can you still use the Bob stroller for twin newborns without the carseats, just for walking? I was wondering why I couldn't find a double adapter for the dualie- thanks!
Someone here told me they had called and the Bumbleride Indie Twin 2011 can be used only with Chicco seats (with the twin adapters) and can be used to jog 10 or fewer miles a week. If you are more avid of a runner, you don't really have a good option, unfortunately.

Yes. My instructions for the duellie said walking at 8 weeks and running at 8 months. We went for our first walk at exactly 8 weeks.
