I just want to say that I HATE it when someone new to the board posts and no one responds! I hope that doesn't deter any of you from hanging out here and joining in the conversation, though. I try to respond if I have something pertinent to contribute to the post, but sometimes I just don't. It makes me sad when someone posts for a recommendation or whatever but no one can offer them any suggestions Silly, I know, but it just makes me feel bad! Any way, just goes to show we need more folks hanging out here so they can give their input. So please - stick around! Don't get frustrated with us! Maybe you will be able to share some advice someday too. Building this community might take some effort, but I'm not giving up on the thought that one day this board will be buzzing again!

Agreed.  Yes, please stick around.  I don't usually have a lot to offer in the way of replies when people ask about day care or pedis because I didn't get my take home babies (yet), but I would definitely reply if I had anything to offer.

I have to say that this is exactly why I only come over here every so often. This board is extremely slow and it's rare that you actually get a good response to things.

This board use to be a lot busier, but I know why it's not any more and I have already voiced my opinion about that (we won't get into that).

We just need more people. I think people come by and see how dead it is and then decide not to come back. I don't think there is much we can do about it.

I try to come over and get my 2 cents, but most of the time people are asking about pedis or DCs on the northside or outside of Indy. I can't help with that.

Hello! I am a newbie/lurker - mainly active on the TTGP and Baby Names board although I check in here and have even responded a time or two. I really have nothing to add, other than to say I also wish this board was more active! I really have gotten some good information, from the little that has been posted and would love to get to know some Indiana Moms/Future Moms better.

Same here.  I'm still relatively new to the area, so I don't have a lot of recommendations.  And I SAH, so definitely no recs for daycare.  But I love hearing from new folks and hope y'all will stick around!

I'm a bit of a lurker.  I've posted a few times in reponse to other people's questions, but whenever I have posted a question no one ever seems to have any advice.  I am fairly active on my month board but, sadly, those ladies can't help with local questions.  I guess I should make an effort to be more active on this board!
