Upset stomach

I don't have anything on my list of approved meds for an upset stomach. I've already tried Tums (I pop those like candy for heartburn). Pepto is usually my go-to medicine for this problem, but it's not on the list so I'm hesitant. 

Oh, its not nausea. I think I ate some bad mexican for lunch. Blah! 

Any help, ladies??

I was JUST reading an article as to whether or not pepto was safe:

"Pepto-Bismol is often not recommended during pregnancy because it contains salicylates, which have not been shown to cause birth defects in humans, but havebeen shown to potentially cause birth defects in animals. Also, taken with frequency late in pregnancy, salicylates could cause bleeding problems in the fetus, cause issues during labor, or cause bleeding in the mother. The bottom line is that Pepto-Bismol is a class "C" drug, which means that you should consult with your healthcare provider before taking it during pregnancy or while breastfeeding."
