Circle and Bloom?

Anyone use these meditation programs?

My stress level is off the chain.

If you did use these, did you purchase the natural cycle program or the IUI/IVF program? I am thinking more along the lines of the natural, b/c I feel like I could use it during IUI if necessary.

Started TTC 2/2009
Started fertility treatments 11/2010
Ovarian dysfunction, LPD, male factor
6 failed medicated IUI's
Pregnant 5/2011 - Miscarriage at 6 weeks due to triploidy
Decided to adopt - 6/2012
SURPRISE! Pregnant without intervention - 7/2012 
Sweet Baby James Born 3/2013
Decided to be "One and Done"

....OR NOT.
Pregnant 12/2018 despite birth control pills
Here we go again...
Due 8/26/19!

    I use them and like them a lot. I don't have the IUI program yet but am thinking about getting it soon. I have the metabolism program and I accidentally downloaded the first tri instead of the ttc one. Tongue Tied FML.

    It is very relaxing and even my husband likes it. :)

    I did the IVF/IUI one and absolutely loved it - I can't recommend it enough. It really helped me reduce my stress level and keep me sane throughout the whole process.  It's also uniquely tailored to IF - she does a great job anticipating your emotions and speaking to them. I have no experience with the natural cycle one but the IF one is wonderful! I wish she had something for how to deal with a BFN though... 

    Severe MFI. Me: supposedly all clear but eggs showed vacuoles.

    IVF #1 January 2012, ER Jan 14th: 34R, 27M, 23F. Day 3: 18 embies still strong. Day 5: zero "good," one "fair," the rest "poor." Transferred 3. None made it to blast or to freeze. Jan 28: BFN.

    Lucky IVF #2: Transferred two beautiful day three embies on St. Patrick's Day. BFP on HPT 7dp3dt. Beta 1 (14dpER)=106; Beta 2 (16dpER)=140; Beta 3 (19dpER)=264! First u/s 4.17.

    Also wanted to add in some (((hugs))).  Failed cycles suck and I totally understand your stress. Bumping from my phone couldn't edit my last post!

    Where do you find this?  I have been looking for things to reduce my stress level besides food and wine.

    I found it.  The IUI/IVF program is designed for IUI also.  It sounds great for stess relief but $60 is expensive.  We'll see if DH goes for it.  I'd be curious to see what others thought of it.

    Hijacking- Emmy I'd love it, if you don't mind!! I really need something to help bring me back from this cycle's BFN and let me relax.

    I listened to the sample on their website and I actually felt better in those 4 minutes.
