Sunday Dinner!

What is everyone having? My hubby got up this morning and made some chili in the crockpot. I just put the cornbread muffins in the oven. I am ready to eat! :)
TTC since May/June 2012 
Sept 2013 testing:
SA #1 Low motility (17%) 
SA #2 Lower sperm count, but much higher motility
CD 3 Bloodwork and ultrasound - Normal HSG - Clear tubes 
Oct/Nov 2013 Cycle 1 with RE 50 mg Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI BFN  
Nov/Dec 2013 Cycle 2 with RE 50 mg Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI BFN 
Jan/Feb 2014 Cycle 3 with RE 50 mg Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI BFN 
2/20/14 Follow up consult RE recommends IVF with ICSI 
3/10/14 New patient consult with RMA NJ 
3/11/14 AMH and other Bloodwork to prep for IVF with ICSI at RMA NJ

    Dx: Endometriosis(2000) & Uterine Fibroids
    Sept 2012-March 2013: TTA for surgery & recovery; surgery removed: neuroendocrine tumor & 30% of pancreas, 
    endo on diaphragm & in abdomen, & uterine septum
    April 2013: 5mg Femera - IUI cancelled
    May 2013: Cycle cancelled; CD3 estradiol levels too high
    June 2013: Cycle cancelled; umbilical hernia found; surgery to repair
    July 2013: IUI #1.2 - 5mg Femera + trigger = BFN
    Aug 2013: IUI #2 - 5mg Femera + trigger = BFN
    Nov 2013: surgery to remove 8cm fibroid from uterus & clean up endo
    March 2014: IVF #1 - Gonal F & Menopur; retrieved 12 eggs; 6 fertilized; 0 made it to blast
    moving on to DE
    July 2014: FET #1 w/ DE; cancelled due to clots in uterus; hysteroscopy to remove fibroid.
    Hopefully beginning FET #1.2 in late August/early Sept.

    I asked MH to take something out of the freezers for dinner while I was at church. He took out 2 kinds of sausage. I have no idea what I'm cooking.

    Holy cow, chili and cornbread sounds SO good!

    We are having spaghetti casserole and broccoli. It's my lazy-go-to-comfort-food.

    Baked mac'n'cheese sounds awesome!!! We are having sausage, sauerkraut and mashed potatoes but DH won't be home until 8 and I'm already hungry. Lol

October 2012 Metformin 1500 mg= ovulation on CD34 BFP#2 11/14/12 9DPO, EDD 7/26/13, DX Gestational Diabetes @14 wks, our angel born sleeping 3/24/13 @ 22wks 2d. BFP #3 7/4/13 8DPO EDD 3/22/14, DX Gestational Diabetes @14 wks. started insulin @16 wks.  Our rainbow, born 3/19/14 @ 39wks 6d., we're so in love!

    Haha, this made me laugh! Obviously, he knows what he wants! That's definitely something my H would do!

    We're having one of those Bertolli dinners for 2 because I hurt my neck in a bicycle accident yesterday and don't want to cook!

    I think we are having whatever my parents decide on. We are redoing our bathroom, the one and only...and the toilet is currently off the floor so that H can tile...so we have to stay the night over there tonight and possibly tomorrow. Plus we need to go to the store this week :)

    We do a big Sunday family dinner every week. It's our week to host and we are doing fancy breakfast. I have a cinnamon-orange French toast casserole for the vegetarian in the family and a savory chicken, tomato, and spinach strata ready to bake. We are also serving veggie sausage links and hashbrown patties. It's going to be delicious!

    All this food sounds so good but I've not had much of an appetite the last two days. We got some BBQ rib tips from the butcher yesterday so I'm being lazy & reheating those with some rice and a veggie.

    We had chicken parm..but with vodka sauce and cheddar cheese and my DH loved it so much!! :) I love having successful meals that hubby enjoys!! We also had roasted potatoes!

    Do it! It's amazing. I only have to cook once every three weeks and it's a great way to get the little cousins together (my brother has a little boy that is only 5 months older than Max). We started doing it before we had kids, and it's even better now that we do have kiddos.

    SURPRISE! Pregnant without intervention - 7/2012 
    Sweet Baby James Born 3/2013
    Decided to be "One and Done"

    ....OR NOT.
    Pregnant 12/2018 despite birth control pills

    Since it's our anniversary, I thought I should actually cook. We had home made spinach manicotti, salad, and homemade garlic bread. It's DH's favorite.
    Me: 25
    Dx PCOS (June 2006, re-confirmed March 2012), Anemia (May 2010-Still fighting to correct it), Fibromyalgia (May 2011)
    Initial b/w - normal
    HSG (March 2012) revealed right tube open and looking great. Left tube deformed with hydrosalpinx.
    Lap (April 2012) Removal of left fallopian tube. Right tube open and viable, but "rather enlarged." NO evidence of endometriosis...Uterus looks beautiful and "very capable" of carrying a pregnancy!
    October 2012 - Clomid 50mg + trigger + IUI = BFN
    With all factors taken into account, RE is recommending IVF. Planning on moving forward with treatment as a single woman using DS by Summer 2013.
