Am I being a bad wife?

I will try to make this long story short.

DH, DD and I were suposed to go OOT this weekend. We were going to Houston (4-5 hours away) to go Trick or Treating with my niece and nephews, then on Saturday we are goint to my BF's daughter's birthday party about 1.5 hours away from Houston, then back to Houston to get professional chrismas pictures with the cousins (we do this once a year). DH originally told me that he did not think he could get off work Friday so I said fine we will stay here so DH can spend Halloween with DD.

Fast forward to last Friday, he decides to take this Friday off so we can go because it was important to me. He finds out Monday that they have a deadline he has to meet and can't take off Friday. I told him we would just stay here, but he says no that he wants DD and I to go. I gave him the option several times, but he says he knows how much it means to me. Anyway so I am planning on leaving tomorrow and feel bad that DH is going ot miss Halloween with DD.

He is having a rough time lately (his grandmother passed away two weeks ago). And I think he might be depressed. I know he does not like being alone all weekend so this makes me feel guilty too.

So if you read all that Thank you! And on to my question if you were me would you stay or whould you go?

    Mmmm, that's a tough one. I was totally going to say go until I read the part about his grandmother.  Go you go Friday, go ToTing, get pictures taken Saturday morning and then come home?

    I probably would not go.  But I don't think you're a bad wife if you go, at all.

    Can you skip T or T & go for the birthday party & pictures?  I don't think I would go without DH & have him miss out on T & T with DD

    That's a hard call. We have to do a lot without DH because of his schedule, so we're kind of used to it. I don't know what I would do if he could be there for TOTing.

    Anyway, just think about the trip for YOU. I made 2 really long trips in the past few weeks and it was bad. One was 5-6 hours, the other was 8, and it was really hard on me at this point in pregnancy.
