How many times has your bf baby gotten a daiper rash?

She poops so much that if I don't put cream on her bum each diaper change, and she poops, it ends up looking red.  She hasn't had an actual rash yet, but she easily could if I forgot for a few changes.  It doesn't even need to be in her diaper for long for it to turn her red.  So, she hasn't because I've been preventing it, but she would if I didn't do that.

Just once. We used butt paste and it cleared up in a day. Now we put that on whenever she's looking a little pink, and often at night. She's almost 7mos.
