Does that mean I have to just pump n dump every day until it clears up?
The idea of that kills me, but I want to make sure this thrush goes away
and NEVER comes back. That's just so much BM to throw out

I also
have a freezer stash that I'm assuming will have to go...WWYD?
Re: If I'm being treated for thrush right now
No you can nurse and pump and save. Just treat your LO and your nipple with medication and make sure your boil your pump parts, bottles, nipples, etc after every use. Make certain you use the medication for the full 10 days and if it's still not cleared up, you may need a different medication.
LO may have a little trouble nursing because her mouth hurts. Just let her nurse on demand till she feels better and watch to make sure she has enough wet and dirty diapers. HTH
