I am somewhere around 6-71/2 weeks. I had bloodwoork done 2 days ago and my hcg was 15,000 (1/25) and my progesterone was only 9.24 so they recommended progesterone shots twice a week for 2 weeks. They redid my bloodwork today (1/27) and the hcg level only went up to 19,660. Because it didn't double in 48 hours the drs said it's rising but not "not concievably". I go for another injection on 1/31 and a ultrasound. I am trying not to be scared but I am. Has anyone else been here? Can anyone offer positive support. I did read about women who ended up with healthy babies even though they had slow hcg levels but I feel like I have a double wammie!
Re: slow rising hcg and low progesterone
Once the number gets over 6000, it takes over 96 hours to double.
