Trying to remain positive, here. So, obsviously getting AF means no BFP, which is shitty. BUT, it can mean "yes" to some other things, so for you, what is the BEST thing about getting your period?
For me - Alcohol. (As I read that, it sounds a bit alcoholic-ish, but whatever.)
Re: The BEST part about the arrival of AF...
I'm right with you! Wine is usually what I look forward to... or if cramps are particularly bad: rum, no ice

Same here. The tighter my abs are pre-pregnancy, the easier they will be to get back that way. Plus, I've heard a strong core makes pushing more effective/easier during labor. That seems logical. And I'm working on running longer distances, because I want to keep running as long as I can while I'm pregnant. Pregnant runners are so adorable!

Thanks for the inspiration, healthy ladies! I've been telling myself I need to do more as far as exercise goes, but I think if I look at it as "I've got another month to get myself in better shape," I may actually follow through.
I'm a big believer in maintaining your level of activity during pregnancy, and not crazily increasing it while you're prego, so if I jump on the exercise bandwagon now, I'll be able to continue when I get that bfp.
Yeah, I get AF and I'm all like, "Let's do shots, fools!"
Okay, maybe not quite like that, but I get pretty excited to indulge...
