Suggestions for a middle name for Mia?

Here I am at 32 weeks and we still haven't found a good middle name.  Our last name is Italian and long, so we were focusing on simple 1-2 syllable names.  We tried a few family names but they just didn't work out.  Anyone have some suggestions?

Thanks ladies, I love Mia Rose---I've been using Baby Genie middle name generator at the same time I'm on the bump and saw this one.  I also like Mia Alise too--it's sounds very sweet and feminine.   I promised DH that I would have a final list today.  Keep them coming, I really appreciate it!!

Sounds like an overwhelming vote for Mia Rose.  I've been walking around the house saying all of these middle names out loud.  Thanks for all of the suggestions!

I really like Mia Catherine. I know it's a bit longer than what you mentioned, but it's still pretty. So is Mia Kate :-)
