Eeks I think I found our dream house

Well actually DH found it! It's not necessarily in the schools we wanted but they are good schools plus I've been leaning towards homeschooling/private schools. I just have to get DH on board with the schooling option. But really it's gorgeous I am a little scared because it was a flip but if we make an offer we'd have every professional come in and evaluate it with the inspector. So wish me luck that it drops in price a bit so we can make an offer!

hahah. that would be awesome! alas it's not we are wanting to have land and a third so we need a little more room. even though I think someone needs to snatch Mollie's house up because it is gorgeous!

Grrrr nothing like driving through a neighborhood to kill a house. The neighborhood on the West is REALLY nice the neighbors house is a 1 million dollar house on 2 acres the neighborhood on the East is SUPER bad! Like DH mentioned something to the effects of "Oh that looks like it could be a meth lab house". So we pull up the sex offender app and there are FOUR within a 5-10 mile radius. Yup dream home is no longer.
