B6 for nausea?

Anyone taking B6 for nausea?  If so, how many mg per dose are you taking and how many times per day?  TIA

Re: B6 for nausea?

  • I got a supplement from Wonder Labs, ordered it on line but I think Vitamin World carries that brand as well.   It is B12, B6, and Folic Acid together in sublingual form.  I took them and it did seem to help with the nausea, and because it was a sublingual I didn't have a pill sitting on my belly.  My Dr. said it was fine for me to take since we need more folic acid and B12 will help boost energy (which we also need..lol).  Also if you haven't check into preggie pops I HIGHLY recommend!  They come in regular and organic options.

  • I have Preggie Pops, and B Natal, which are both full of b 6, and they say to use them no more than every 6 hours.

  • I've been taking it, and it really helps.  My doctor said I could take 25mg up to 4 times a day (no more than 100mg in a day).  I just take it when I start feeling sick.
