Hello Ladies,

Any idea what might be up if my daughter has sour smelling pooh?? She is EBF so no formula?? Last week I called her Dr. because she had snotty pooh and now this They said to only worry if the amount changes drastically.

 Any insight would me amazing

That's just how breastfed poo smells. A bit like sour milk.

It is just weird because it use to smell sweet and the last two weeks has changed!

Whoever said that a BF'ed baby's poop doesn't smell, lied. DS's smells pretty strong and sour. DH says it smells vinegary. I think it just smells sour. He's made me gag a few times, which scares me for when he actually starts solids.
