How to mix formula with BM

In my post below I said: 

"LO went through 7 ounces of expressed milk with my mom and I only pumped 4.  Will this get better as I keep going?   I've been making sure to drink a ton of water. "

I am doing all I can to increase my supply. In the mean time, if I have to supplement with a little formula, how do you suggest I do it?  If I need 9 ounces for 3 - 3 ounce bottles, and only get 6 ounces of BM, should I do one bottle of just formula, or add one ounce to each 2 ounce bottle of BM?

I only have approx. 10 ounces of frozen milk left.  

Sorry - obviously a neurotic FTM.

Its really up to you. Whatever I pump(which is not much at all I put it in the bottle then fill the rest with formula (LO drinks 6 oz so its mostly formula). The problem with this though is if your LO doesn't drink it all you still have to throw it away within the hour because it has formula in it. I mix it though because my son never leaves anything, so its really based on what you think because you wouldn't want to waste the BM you have.
