belly binders

I'm not sure where to post this, but wondering if anyone has used a belly binder postpartum. My belly maintained its pooch after my first baby, and i am pregnant now and considering getting one to use this time postpartum. I exercise and watch my nutrition, so I'm not looking for a quick fix, but wanted to know if anyone thought they were worth it. Also what brand? Any and all info would be GREATLY appreciated!! Thank u!!

Re: belly binders

  • I would love to know the answer to this too!  I've also seen a bunch of corset-type things for shrinking hips back to regular size and was wondering if that was something worth getting.

  • I am 2 weeks postpartum and although I havent weight myself DO see a big difference after using the binders.

I wear the Shrinkx Hips during the day (gone down an inch and half so far) and my belly had totally shrunken as well.  I am natually thin and did work out and was active during my pregnancy..so maybe that is also to blame.

I was using the band I got at hospital..white, stretchy velcro
