Do you like it?
Instead of ordering another convertable car seat, I ordered a Regent for Jonathan and will use our Boulevard for Benjamin.
I think this was a good decision. At least this way I have stages of car seats and not the same weight and height limits on 2 car seats.

Re: Anyone use a Britax Regent?
We have one for DD, who is 4. We got it when she was 3.5. How old is your son? 2? I will warn you--DD at 3.5 was dwarfed in the Regent. Kids who are smaller (although it's rated 22 pounds and up) usually don't fit well in it because there is a HUGE gap between the crotch buckle and the child's actual crotch, which would allow for the child to move considerably in an accident. (you can remedy that by putting a rolled towel in between them and the crotch buckle, if your child will tolerate that) Which is why I don't usually recommend them until a child is at least 3 OR if they've outgrown their current seat.
It can be a PITA to install, but once you learn how to do it, it isn't TOO difficult. It also takes up A LOT of room. It's very wide, but it sits MUCH lower than a Boulevard.
If he complains about his legs getting numb (a common complaint of smaller kids in the Regent), you can construct a "foot rest" out of webbing and a pool noodle... but I'll save the "how to" on that for when you ask in the future if you need to.
GHM also has one for Ethan, I know.
Hmmmm, okay.
J is 33 pounds and about 34 inches tall.
Do you all think he's too small?
Me with my littlest.
I can't say unless I could see him in the Regent. DD was 39 inches and 35 pounds when she started in hers.
Is your younger son still in an infant carrier? How long do you think he'll still be in that? I'm wondering if that could buy you a few months before putting J in the Regent.
GHM--I'll find those instructions for you if I can... I read them forever ago on car-seat.org although I haven't used it--DD just crosses her legs or puts her feet up on the back of my passenger seat.
The younger is still in the infant for now, but he's 2 pounds away from the weight limit on it.
We have a couple weeks, if that, before we have to use the Regent.
