Cup of vinegar in the rinse water.

Walmart sells gallons of white vinegar for less than $2. I always have a gallon around.

Vinegar.  Wash 2X (1X with vinegar, 1X without or you can just soak in vinegar and water and then wash once with detergent.)  I use white sheets so I can bleach them, then wash them again for this reason.  Vomit ick!  Hope that works.
