I found out I have placent previa and Dr. has limited me to light weights and walking.  No running, no spin... :(.  I can still do crossfit but I have to use body weight.  Don't get me wrong its totally worth it.  I'm just adjusting as my first two pregnancies were super smooth and I was able to workout up to the end.
