Ebay shill bidding Q

Does anyone know if there is anything you can do if you suspect a seller is shill bidding (upping the bids on their own items?) I am seriously annoyed b/c I found a seller who has the double stroller I am interested in and bidding on (he has a ton of strollers actually) and the high bidder on all of his items currently are new members with 0 feedback and they are all cross-bidding, i.e., the same high bidder for mine is the high bidder on 5 other strollers for sale by him. The price is still way below retail for a brand new stroller so I may wait it out and see if I win anyway - but is my only recourse an email to ebay's c.s?

That's what I would do.  That is definitely not okay.  I'm not sure how it can be proven if that's what they're doing.   Stinks!
