I'm a social worker. Right now the plan is to go back to work after about 8-12 weeks off, but things work out and DH and I are able to get our business going more than what it is now, I will doing that full time so I can be a WAHM.
I'm a teacher, so I will be taking my year of mat leave starting in September, and then go back the following year. I love my job, so I want to go back. Maybe once I have more children, I'd consider going PT, but that is very hard to do in my division.
I work for a chiropractic insurance network and plan to go back after 6 weeks. It's a very small company and have to save up all my PTO in order to get paid.
I'm a teacher and will go back after I have this baby. I'd like to take a little more than 8 weeks and go back after Thanksgiving break, but I'm not sure we can afford that. It depends on what we end up doing for child care.
I'm a consultant and I get to take 24 weeks off. About 4 months of that will be paid. I really like my job so I don't mind going back but as the bigger breadwinner I don't have much choice.
