Sippy cup?

DD is 8 mo, she has refused the bottle since 4 mo.  What sippy cup do you use?  We have a few different styles but she cant seem to figure out how to suck. I have one that I have removed the valve, but it would be nice for her to get the hang out of it so she doesn't constantly dump liquid all over herself.  THanks for the help!!!

Have you thought about trying a straw sippy?

DD preferred a straw to a traditional sippy.

They are really easy to teach your DD to drink from.  You can squeeze at the bottom of the cup to get the liquid into the straw so your DD can learn to drink.  I just had to squeeze the cup a couple times before DD got the hang of it.  We introduced the straw cup to DD around 6.5 months.

My DD would only use the take and toss ones for a long time.  She wasn't able to use the valve ones at all until she was much older, probably around 14-15 months.
