Anyone have psoriasis?

I have it on my scalp, and am one of the unlucky ones where it gets worse when I'm PG. I have a new spot that started in the front of my scalp in my part, so it is completely visible. 

I plan to talk to my OB about it on Friday, but wanted to see if any of you ladies are using any topical ointments that are safe while PG. My steroid drops are Class C so they are completely out of the question.

    Ah yes. I have scalp psoriasis as well. My ob told me I could use Neutrogena T-gel without salycic acid. Surprisingly, I haven't had a single flare up since 1st tri! Good luck. I hope the pregnancy hormones help yours go away too.

    I do, but I'm not pregnant.  My OB and Dermatologist told me it could get worse with pregnancy or it could have the opposite effect and almost go away.  I'm on several meds (Clobex spray, Clobex shampoo, Betamethasone Dipropionate, and other assorted topical creams/lotions).  I was told by my OB while pregnant that all of my meds were a-ok to take, but then I lost the baby and lost all confidence that that was true.  Yes, they were all topical, but topicals can still enter the bloodstream.  My new OB told me that if I felt anything was risky, then it was, and we would find a way around it. She also recomended the T-Gel shampoo without the salycic acid.  I hope that the pregnancy hormones can keep your psoriasis at bay, mine has a nasty habit of packing up camp and moving to another area of the body where I really didn't want it in the first place. 

    So excited for your pregnancy!!  Keep me posted on this, I'm very interested in the different opinions and experiences that other pregnant women might have with psoriasis.  I had posted a question on it on TTCAL several months back but didn't get many responses.

    I was on Clobex shampoo, and Clobetasol solution (which works great when I can use it). I'll let you know what I find out on Friday.
