I have always liked it but thoughts? I understand if it is not your style, but does it sound too much like a dog's name? Or, do you think of it as a girl name?

Funny you say that. That's the first thing that popped in my mind.

I have a nephew named Bailey. He is not a dog. Or feminine. I honestly didn't like the name when they picked it, but I don't mind it now. It's who he is! If you love it, go for it. :-)
Re: The name Bailey for a boy.
My dog's name is Bailey... in fact we call him Bailey Boy. So yes, it will always be a great dog's name t o me.

love is for every her, love is for every him, love is for everyone
I've known 3 Baileys over the years...2 boys & 1 girl. They were all spelled different ways, too.
The two boys were spelled: Bailey & Baylee
The girl was spelled Baylea
I think it sounds fine on a girl OR boy, and I don't think of it as a dog's name either.

My dog's name is Baylie, she's a girl but I think on dogs it's a unisex name.
I don't really like it for humans, but it probably sounds better for a girl - its not very masculine.
